As I was biking around Avalon this weekend, I realized we really have 5 seasons, the fifth being Renewal. Beautiful new homes are sprouting up all over the island. Slowly but surely, ill-maintained, tired, small 1960s shore homes are being replaced with beautiful new beach houses. Progress is just marvelous. Thank you to those we were hanging on to the past for selling and a warm welcome to the buyers who have a vision to make Avalon both cooler and more beautiful by a mile.
