I thought we had laws for bike riders ,like riding with traffic, helmets on all under 16,obeying traffic lights ?? Well,Avalon Police must not have gotten the message as bike riding in Avalon is out of control and the law is not being enforced....Summer weekends and bike riders in Avalon is nightmare...
