I thought that Avalon changed the noise ordinance back in the eighties when all the wanna ' be Don Johnson’s got their big cigarette boats. Now we’re seeing them appear again in Avalon and they’re just as loud! Stay out of the back bays and take it out to the open ocean. I think Van Halen said it best, it’s like “Running with the Devil”!
