I never smelled skunk weed like the smell of reefer in Avalon coming from the condos between 23rd and 24th streets on the west side of Dune Dr. The smell is overpowering, whoever is consuming this much weed is not human! Whoever is smoking this stuff has to be a zombie by now. I cant even exaggerate the smell. I feel for the units book ending these people and dealing with this all week. Please don't mention it's legal, I get it but this TOO much!
