I just recently decided to join the world of high technology by upgrading from my ancient flip phone to a smartphone. I took the giant leap at a store in Rio Grande, where I was helped by Lynn M. Lynn was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and accomplished the job successfully with a smile on her face throughout the frustrating complications we encountered. She was tenacious in her efforts and accomplished her difficult mission of dealing with her amateur customer. Hats off to Lynn for making my day!
