I am sick of secular Christmas. I say "Merry Christmas," not happy holidays. For those of you who don't know it, Chanukah started Dec. 6 at sundown. I will wish my Jewish friends "chag Chanukah sameach.” I am sick of people trying to ban religious displays at Christmas, or to stop calling December parties "Christmas parties." If you want to leave religion out of secular life, that is fine. Then let's open up all our schools, offices, stores and businesses and go to work Dec. 25. It is a Christian holiday, but if you don't want to celebrate it as such, let's all go to work.
