i agree that Avalon Blvd has trucks on it that have trash and construction debris falling and blowing out of them, regularly. St. Harbor's bridge has a weight limit so few big trucks travel it spewing trash out of them, like confetti. AV Blvd trucks travel up rt 9, to Oceanview ,Woodbine rd, and go to the landfill in Woodbine. TICKET the sloppy companies that use our roads like a dump. Avalon PD, MTWP PD, and NJ State Police. Our roads look like mini dumps. When someone gets a blown tire because of a nail, etc., and gets in an accident, or an accident is caused by avoiding trash....
