As a homeowner in Avalon, I am extremely concerned about the very dirty, unsafe environment at the public bathroom located at 30th Street's recreation area. Only two toilets worked. It has one semi-working sink. The other sink has a piece of old plywood nailed across some pipes. It has been in this condition at least two seasons. No toilet paper was available, no soap, no paper towels and no functional hot air machine to dry hands. There was no one cleaning the bathroom, sweeping up or maintaining it. Can't we do better than this?
