Having transformed itself into an industrial town (huge ACE poles), a recent spouter suggested replacing elected borough officials. We approve buildings too large for lot size, allow construction to go on into the weekends during season and don’t enforce building codes in the ordinance. The charming town of Avalon risks losing its charm.
