Doctor Scott Atlas who is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institute and a former chair of neuoradiology at Stanford Medical Center said anyone who prioritizes children would open schools this Fall. School closings severely damage children's development and generate next to no gains. This is borne disproportionately by low income and minority children. It is time to open schools!
