Danger - savvy Avalon developers at work. Funny how applications which require multiple variances (parking deficiencies, inadequate setbacks, illuminated signage, etc.) for a project in an area zoned Public Conservation come before the Planning Zoning board in Dec. & Jan. Maybe no one is looking now, but a 44-ft. tall restaurant/bar for 310 people on the boardwalk/beach will be hard to miss. Wonder where the employees will park, not to mention the 310 banquet hall guests?
