Cost prohibitive is how my cousin described his family’s visit to my Avalon home last week. I always let him use the house each year for a week. They (parents and 2 kids) will go out to breakfast and dinner. He reports the cost was staggering. 7 Mile Island! Dinner entrées averaged $48 dollars per person with inverse portion size. Bakery items unrealistically priced. Pancakes….yikes!
