A Cape May Spouter thinks that eventually all "thugs with guns" will be put away and that will be the end of gun violence. Nope. As long as it is too easy for the "bad guys" to get guns and commit gun violence, guns as a lure, an invitation, to commit violent crime will continue, and the "supply" of thugs with guns will not end.
