Avalon's planning zoning board won't deal with parking and density, which are critical to a vibrant Master Plan. Instead, they cater to the developers and amend the plan to allow boutique hotels in the business district. Why not address borough-wide issues? A real Master Plan calls for big picture thinking, not paint by numbers.
