Avalon's 2023 budget includes an allocation of $740,000 for 74th St. (Armacost Park) improvements. It is a wooded bird sanctuary in a major migratory flyover. What "improvements" are needed? Queries to Avalon council remain unanswered. Suggestion: Leave. It. Alone. Perfect as is.
