The Avalon-TI bridge is scheduled to reopen April 30 after a Feb. 3 closure. Work was to be done on the bridge, as well as a reconstruction of the roadbed on the Avalon side. Absolutely no sign of any work whatsoever. Haven't seen any Herald coverage. What's up, besides the draw span?
