To an Avalon spouter: Our speed monitoring device has not been on Dune Dr. for over a week, our most dangerous and busy road, but the device on 7th Street and First Avenue is working overtime protecting a dead-end street. Go around the corner on Ocean Drive, you can see another speed monitoring device. Check it out and tell me how your council works for you.
