An Avalon Spouter decries green energy, citing the destruction by lightening of a wind turbine, resulting in non-biodegradable fiberglass shards in the ocean water off Nantucket. A disaster, yes, but one caused by nature. And the resulting damage pales in comparison to the massive, word-wide damage to, and destruction of, our planet caused by the deliberate burning of fossil fuels.
