To the Avalon spouter concerned about restaurant in right of way on boardwalk. I applaud Avalon and Stone Harbor for allowing and encouraging restaurants and cafes to activate the public spaces and create social outdoor interaction in the public arena. Europe’s been doing it for centuries!!!
