To the Avalon renter complaining about the sand dredge in Townsends Inlet… No, it couldn’t be done in the off season. Its a federally run government program to restore the beaches. So we are on THIER time frame, and they are fixing Stone Harbor right now. AND, if your are enjoying the Avalon Beaches, be so thankful for the “tuna canning platform”, because they restored the beach!
