Avalon really needs to keep the home improvement contractors off the island. Sure the construction of new utilities and public improvements needs to continue, but the private home construction/improvement needs to stop. Listen Mayor Pagliughi - the home owners may be upset that the improvements on their vacation homes got delayed a little bit, but us people who live down here year round are the ones that voted you and the entire council into office. We are not going to forget your inaction on this. We are not going to forget anybody's inaction on this.
