Is the Avalon Police Department a volunteer organization or are they paid (rhetorical question)? Cars speed past the police on Dune Drive doing 40-50 MPH and there is no enforcement. The recreation fields were closed due to the pandemic, yet people were on the fields and in the dugouts throughout March and April as squad cars drove by and just watched.
