Avalon / Avalon Manor - When will enough be enough? Over development in Avalon is taxing the water/wells...Herald article Jan.30.24. Now they are over building in Avalon Manor on any open land they can find. Just cramming them in even if the house is in the bay with only the driveway on firm ground. Does anyone care there is only one entrance/exit and that there is a lack of available parking and a lack of fire hydrants. NOW, the county has leveled the park surrounding the zoo to put in parking lots. Follow the money.
