Avalon is getting scammed. Boardwalk restaurant Owner does great things for the town and says he has no intention of having a liquor license at the property. That’s great for now but what happens when he wants to “get out of the restaurant business” in a couple of years? If everyone is being truthful about their intentions, why not approve the project with a deed restriction banning a liquor license at the property?
