After watching the news about MDW at the shore and the tri-state car theft ring out of Delaware, shootings in Philly and other cities. One thing even Capt. Obvious and I agree on, if you do a crime and never do time, why would you stop? If you're not getting arrested then it's just business as usual. Thanks George Soros!
