The spouter was just relaying a fact that all landscapers should be placing flags after a pesticide has been placed for everyone’s safety . Clearly you have been hearing the news about lawsuits regarding pesticides and horrible illnesses. Dogs walk all over the place , and on everyones properties in Avalon. They are not confined to one yard. The spouter was also advising that parents should be aware of flags so their kids are safe .
