Absolutely should be a $5,000 child tax credit. Who cares if it's J.D.'s idea? Up to him to do the lobbying of the GOP in Congress. If he does it right, could be about 99 votes in the Senate (Manchin might not like it) and 300+ votes in the House. At least we'll find out where our representatives stand on at least one issue.
