When I tried a gummi for the first time, one gummi, a 10 mg dose, it was very powerful. It had a gradual onset over the first 1 or 2 hours and lasted at least 9 hours. I was reduced to lying on my bed and couldn't have safely done something like drive to get groceries or go to a bank. People need to be aware. You should spend many sessions building up a tolerance before you have a gummi. And when you do you should only have half a gummi- OR LESS- the 1st time. No one told me how powerful it was going to be. In very small print on the bag it says there's a risk of psychosis.
