As we approach Labor Day, it’s important to remind ourselves that this country gives workers the least days off in the developed world, we are paid less and less, we can barely afford gas, we can barely afford groceries, or homes, or healthcare, or time off for parental leave, or gifts for the one day off we’re supposed to give them. And the people you actively vote for in Cape May County don’t want you to have anything and actively discourage it. Happy Labor Day.
