As to the Sea Isle Community Center, it started off as a recreation center, not a community center. Secondly, the referendum put to a vote asked if we wanted one with a pool, or without. There was no option for rejecting the facility entirely. Now, a couple of months in, all I have to say is this: we should have built a parking garage instead.
