Previous articles where this type of development is also slated for sections of Middle and Lower Township. A word to the wise. The barrier islands are overbuilt and overpopulated, and this should be the red flag needed to stop these plans for the mainland. Too many people in one place is not a good thing. North Jersey, NYC and vicinity is proof of my comment. The summer crowds here now are overwhelming. We don't need it year-round.
