As per the article in The Herald on 05/21/26, Gov. Mikie Sherrill and her $47.7 million bridge replacement project over Cedar Swamp Creek should be monitored closely. Case in point. California Gov. Gavin Newsom has spent billions of taxpayer dollars on HIS botched, uncompleted high-speed rail line and it is nowhere near completed. Bottom line: Both democrats and both reckless spenders of OUR dollars.
