As I have reported broken speakers on the Promenade in Cape May. As a Veteran Lifeguard I feel the city is jeopardizing bathers safety by not repairing them . I am back on the stand and would appreciate knowing that emergency messages will be heard before an incident occurs. Captain you may convey my name to the city.
