As a resident, just learning about this door bell process at the tax accessors office is really off putting. If it’s a public facing role, act like it. Why should your office get to hide behind a closed off wall and door bell just because you have less visitors? Transparency matters and you all need a long lesson in how that works. Your salaries are paid by residents, and it seems like all of Lower Township big dawgs forget this. I’ve had some email contact with this accessors office and I’m thoroughly unimpressed but now even more so seeing how they defend limiting openness to the public
