As a former employee when Crest Haven was the top run nursing home in the area to having a family member in there twice in the past 2 yrs I can totally agree with all of the complaints stated in the article by Bill Barlow with info from residents there. For the personnel from the county to Again say positive comments shows either a lack of Knowledge or covering up a very bad mistake. Caring for residents should be the first priority - not worring about a 5 star lobby - How long has the front entrance been closed? Sad
