As a city administration, why are we still enabling a certain person to rule his department like a tyrant??? I saw the man yell and belittle a firefighter in uniform just a few days ago, not mentioning nobody ever having a nice thing to say. Is the man really that irreplaceable that the entire department and citizen population has to work in misery. DO BETTER
