Art Hall’s recent editorial unfortunately left one inconvenient truth and by doing so avoids the answer to his question. He states that Iran has pursued nuclear capabilities, despite years of international sanctions and diplomatic pressures. This of course is not true. Obama’s JCPOA joint treaty with Iran, United States and five other countries included unbridled 24/7 inspections by a 160 multination team of inspectors.
