Arresting people who picked up chunks of paint in the pool. Thats all the proof needed to sell the story of a person with a knife cutting a 350 foot slice in the paint and the water filling with algae. Makes perfect sense, no one saw anyone cutting anything, no cameras, nothing. I'm sure its true if the president said it, he never says anything but the truth.
