Any nice place to live is ruined once too many people move there. It just becomes what people were trying to leave. That's what happening in CMC. Any residential development is overdevelopment at this point. Middle and other townships seem determined to cover every acre with houses for "ratables". Every township, especially Middle, seems more concerned about the interests of developers and builders instead of existing residents. The planning boards are all friends with developers and builders. When did you ever hear of local planning board denying a new proposed development?
