Another summer in Avalon where the beaches are free and dogs are welcome! No beach tag checkers, no one to ask people with dogs to leave the beach. The price of tags goes up, except for my family I saw nobody displaying them. The beach is shrinking faster than people are pounding their alcohol. So don't go to Stone Harbor where they actually check them.
