Another summer almost half gone, and as I look around at all the rentals on my street, I do not see ANY rental permits displayed. I know many circumvent this by renting on their own, but a large number do use a realtor. It appears that the realtors may not be requiring proof of rental permit purchase before entering into any rental agreement with the homeowner. There is no reason this could not be made to be a universal requirement for all local realtors-NO RENTAL PERMIT, NO RENTAL AGREEMENT !
