Another feels good ruling that means absolutely nothing from the same California Judge that was previously overruled by a higher court when President Trump deployed the National Guard when Los Angeles protests turned violent. The judges ruling today says that Trump did not have the right to deploy but it’s not an injunction and this will be ruled on shortly by the Supreme Court, so this ruling is obviously political in nature and designed to fool people into thinking the President lost the right to deploy the NG and turn public opinion against him. Making a farce of our judiciary must stop.
