Cape May County

Another day at the MUA, where the people carrying the weight of the operation are told to do more with less, while those at the top enjoy comfortable salaries and act like everything is under control. The real skill isn’t solving problems — it’s avoiding them, collecting the rewards, and letting everyone else pay the price. Maybe the hardest thing for management to hear is this: the people you overlook today are the only reason you have something left to manage tomorrow.
