Where does one find a year-round rental in this area?

Anglesea - Where does one find a year-round rental in this area? We have been at the same home for a decade and the landlord is selling. The home is going to be torn down for a new construction. We have been looking for months. Two full-time, year-round, employed adults, two older children, no criminal records, no evictions, no pets ... why is this so difficult? We are not in the financial position to buy and can't relocate. I am at my wit's end.
