Anglesea - Incredible to me that on my drive home, I passed by a child playing on the playground at Bill Henfey Park, which is draped with yellow caution tape and the entrance blocked off with cones, while the child's caregiver was sitting in the car on the street. Why would you allow your child to play on a playground that is not open and clearly is blocked off, trying to prevent people from entering? What if your child got hurt on equipment that was not fully/properly installed yet?

Moderator's Note:
The grand opening and dedication of the Bill Henfey Park took place May 9, after this spout was submitted. The park is now open.
