I'm wondering why Maryland Avenue in Anglesea is still closed of

Anglesea - I'm wondering why Maryland Avenue in Anglesea is still closed off with big concrete planters. It was supposed to block traffic because the Wawa and Coconut Cove would both let out onto the same street. Coconut Cove is now an empty lot and Wawa traffic all exits toward the front. I think this important access street should be reopened to the public.
