Amazing! The Avalon/Stone Harbor Board of Education reduced important staff due to financial challenges, yet it can spend thousands of dollars replacing sod at Stone Harbor Elementary School. The Board of Education, in my opinion, is doing the students and taxpayers a disservice when it appears to be financially imprudent.
