All of Middle Township will just be one big housing development at the rate Middle Township lets everyone build whatever they want. The township may as well be called Ryan Homes township because Ryan Homes is really running the township. The cost of water, sewer, road maintenance, schools, police, trash collection as well as taxes will only keep going up with every new house that gets built. Middle Township is overdeveloped. It's too late to prevent overdevelopment but it's not too late to prevent further overdevelopment. Stop that Ryan Homes development off Indian Trail!
