A young man was literally mauled by a rabies infected beaver in a Maryland State Park this week. Mr. Karl, the Borough Animal Enforcer (BAE) needs to take heed. We dont need the bad press if one of those free ranging chickens, coyotes or Aquatic Chipminks goes crazy and mauls someone here. The local ordinances need to be enforced before its too late.
