A spec house is being built on ------ avenue. Price tag 14,900,000. Every bit of the lot was pushed to the max. There is barely a backyard and it is jammed in. Workers start/end before/after the 8-5 law. just enough to get away with it. Home has air conditioning. Asked builder to close the sliders. Loud, constant sawing and hammer banging all day. Outside noise as well. Ruining peace inside/outside our home. Numerous trucks everywhere. We got a dismissive "gotta do what you gotta do" response. Ruined summer for us while they reap big bucks. Laws need to change. This is not Fair.
